Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Poured a clear orange/amber with a small white head. Aromas of hops, malt, and some fruit. Taste had plenty of hops. I wouldn’t say it was watery, but it was a little too thin-bodied. Overall very good.

Taste; 8/8 Bottle(11/8/07). Looks Pale copper. Aroma: Nice nose, if a little weak. Good balance of hops and malt. Taste: The ratio and types of ingredients is nice. It is just too mild. Underwhelming. Boost it up a notch. BAM! The beer was bottled 9 months ago.

(Bottle). Hoppy aroma. Copper-amber in color with off-white head. Flavor is refreshingly citrusy, and with hops bite, but lacks boldness. One of the better efforts from Otter Creek.

Pours a dark golden clear color with a tan head, presents a balanced malt and hops brew with little fanfare.

Amber good head and retention. C-hopped but not overwhelmingly citrusy, resiny, and without tons of crystal malt. Mild i nthe English style but with PNW hops.

Not a very good pale, wheres the hops? Too watered down, the copper ale I had before this blew it out of the water. I could be alot worse, but not enough is happening here. I cant even say much about citrus or whatever, there just isnt enough of it.
