Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Had this one bottled in a mix pack from World Market in St. Charles, Illinois, thanks Mom and Dad! Very nice, clear deep amber pour with a think, white head, very nice, citrusy hoppy nose. Plenty of bitterness but complicated by citrusy sweetness. Smooth finish. This beer is exactly why I love the APA -- hoppy yet complex.

From bottle. Light biscuit and mild sweet toasted malt. Muted but fragrant floral hops. Nice aroma. Golden dark amber clear with thin off-white lacing head. Medium bodied with mild to medium carbonation. Starts with a muted grain-toasted malt sweetness, light biscuit and neutral fruitiness. Fairly strong bitter finish, medium astringency, with dry nutty quality. Nice ale, with hoppy sweet after.

I picked up a 6 pack last week; I like trying new pale ales when I see ’em. Pours a copper, a bit on the lighter side; nice 1/2" head. Bright and crisp hop character with a slight after taste. good refreshing brew for summer time; would purchase again.

12 oz. Bottle. Pours a beautiful clear copper color with a frothy off-white head. Soft citrus aroma with undertones of malt. Light to medium body with a dry mouthfeel. Sweet beginning with a grapefruit kick to a short finish. A nice APA.

Bottle. Nice aroma of hop over malt. Light amber color with a decent white head that stayed a while. Near medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor starts lightly roasted caramel with a good amount of bitter hop. Could be pine and citrus mix. Pretty much what one might expect of an APA. Finishes nicely bitter.

Moderate malt and light hop aroma. Clearish orange color with some white foam. Light beginning with a bitter hop finish. Lightly chewy palate.

Smells like a pack of Newports, with a touch of rose hips, and grapefruit, not strong. Very clear copper with a thick creamy head and good lacing. Very bitter and tastes like cologne. Bready finish. Probably pairs well with cottage cheese and pineapple.
