Apr 12, 2008 I had their Copper Ale a while back and was very pleased with that, and I’d have to say this is equally as good. Terrific appearance, orange like with a thick head and tons of lacing on the glass. Nice sweet hop aroma. Very smooth, refreshing hoppy, slightly spiced taste. Not really a bitter hop bite, more of a smooth hoppy flavor with a clean finish. A solid beer that I don’t think I could get tired of

Mar 26, 2008 Bottle. 12 fl. oz. A nearly clear, dark copper color with very little head. Hoppy aromas of citrus and pine, but with kind of a weird artificial smell. Light to medium in body with a fair amount of carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. Hoppy and bitter all the way through but with a light malty sweetness near the middle.

Mar 24, 2008 Bottle. Pours amber with little head. Aroma is a nice cascade citrus. Has a nice cascade bite that turns a bit dry. A nice pale ale.

Mar 15, 2008 12 oz.bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a small fine white head. The aroma is medium floral and citrus hops with bready malt. The flavor is a little on the soft side, but has more of the same medium citrus and floral hops and bready malt with slight bitterness. This is a drinkable brew in a pinch, but not one to revisit again.

Mar 14, 2008 Deep copper color......thick white head. Fresh, slightly citrus aroma. Clean hop flavor up front. Very balanced mouthfeel......easy drinking, yet a noticeable crispness. Smooth malt taste at the end, with a long hoppy-sweet finish.

Mar 12, 2008 Dark amber, but still clear. very faint beer scent. Bitter-sweet hoppy taste and i guess scent. Light feel, easy to drink. Nothing special, don’t feel the need to try again.

Feb 21, 2008 BoTM. Dark amber in color. Almost no head. Very bright smell matches the flavor. Very fresh, a little to much last in the hops for my taste but a nice beer.

Feb 13, 2008 Pours a deep golden amber with a medium but quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma is floral hop with malt and pine hop notes detectable as well. Taste is straight hop with a decent floral hop aftertaste. It’s not very complex, and the hop flavor is not nearly as strong as the flavor suggests. Solid, but nothing special.
