Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Pours copper with a thin to nonexistant head. The taste is like watery hops. Too hoppy for me without enough depth of character. The finish is like I just ate a XMas tree.

Pretty damn solid pale ale, I have to say. Crisp amber brew with lively carbonation and a nice fruity flavor to it. A fine session beer.

bottle from BOM club. a very good, easily drinkable APA. pours a deep golden with a tiny white head. slight hop aromas... nice big body with a big hop character that carries through on the finish. great session beer.

Real nice pale ale. Maybe it’s just that I haven’t had a beer of this style in a while but I’m really enjoying this one. Nice amber color with a bready aroma. Flavor is what you’d expect, hoppy with some citrus. Very clean with no after taste.

Bottle. Copper pour with white fizzy head. Aroma of hops, citrus and some faint pine. Taste of hops with a nice finish. Good session pale.

Received from a beer-of-month club. Maltier aroma poured into lager glass. Clearer filtered appearance compared to other Pale Ales such as Mirror Pond or Sierra Nevada. This is not a crisp, refreshing beer that I was expecting. Rather a murky malted dissonance with a feeble hop finish that felt quite unbalanced and left a lingering dark flavor. Funny as I’m seeing other reviews here that are polar opposite such as too hoppy vs too malty, but still not enjoying the beer. Perhaps it’s an inconsistent brew or storage issues. Disappointing.

Beer club selection. Color was copper with a decent head and left good lacing. Aroma was dominated by the citrusy hops. Taste was more balanced than the aroma. Good hop bittering but not overdone. Medium body with average carbonation. Nice beer as part of a beer club, but I’m not going out to look for it.

Clear dull garnet in color with little head. Toasted and caramel malt and cascade hop aroma. The first thing that hits in the favor is juicy cascade hops. This is balanced by decent enough malt. The body is good for the size of the beer. The bitterness seems a little high. Overall not a bad beer.
