Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Bottle thanks to Cavie. Pours a gold with white fizzy head. Aroma of some nice hop and malt, little grapefruit. Flavor doesn’t have much going on here, watered down malt and hop taste. Mouth feel is light and watered down. Overall, easy to drink but just too watery.

Clear dark yellow pour. Smells like fart with not great grains. Taste is bitter and not flavorful. Poor.

Pours copper with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma is lightly malty and floral. Taste is moderately sweet with notes of grapefruit, citrus and a medium dose of hops. The commercial description of this brew had me expecting a big PacNW hop character but it was pretty subdued. Somewhat of a bitter metallic aftertaste. Starts off with overly aggressive carbonation which mellows out over a a few minutes. Overall, not bad but not great either.

This is definitely a well hopped beer but it is also nicely balanced. Tart citrus flavors dominate but caramel serves as a counter balance. No bite to this beer and almost no bitterness.

A nice hop aroma. Good hop character in the flavor. A nice all around pale ale. Good Stuff.

One of the beers that led me down the path to homebrewing and beer searching... Hoppy/cascadey aroma and fresh. Thick lasting head and golden/orange color. Thin malt flavor, balanced toward cascade hop flavor and bitterness, but not overly so. A well made beer, but nothing too assertive, and certainly nothing offensive.
