Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Pours an amber with a decidedly red influence. This is hoppier than I expected from Otter Creek. Doesn’t have the fresh hop aroma of a dryhopped beer, but they used a good bit of hops here. A bit of diacetyl.

Standard pale ale observations. Very noticeable hops, although not excessively bitter. Thin beer with the standard floral/citrus characteristics. A nice pale ale, but not outstanding.

An orange amber body is topped by a thin off-white head with a decent amount of lace left on the glass. The aroma is full of sweet citrusy hoppiness. Very hoppy flavor with sweet citrusy charateristics and a bitter hoppy finish. Medium bodied and dry.

Clear, bright, peachy color, good, 1/2" froth atop, fluffy, creamy. Aroma: ah! Piney, hoppy, citic, grapefruity a bit, ...let’s sniff again, ...ah!!! That’s what I want in a pale ale, especially a dry-hopped PA, big, vibrant, fresh hops! One more time....Mmmm!!! Yeah! Taste: Great, big hop blitz on the tongue, nicely fruity, but drying out, to be sure, awash in peach, tangerine, apricot, buzzing with hops. Medium bodied, tasty texture, long, happy finish. Mmmm! Fruits, and hops, and everything, just never quit here, really give it their all, all the way! Feels juicier and even more flavorful as we continue the drink. Ah!. I have to say it again, regretful of repeating myself, but I’m rather delighted at finding a note-perfect PA here from this little Vermont concern. Good job, Otter Creek

Aroma is that of fruity pebbles I think. Pour is not really coppery, but a more orange color. Head is white and dissipates fairly rapidly. Start is very hoppy and full of flavor, but this disappears very quickly--just like the head. This beer goes down smooth. The palate is also pretty smooth.
