zappafan99 (322), Rock Hill, South Carolina, USA Aug 31, 2008 Taste; 8/8 Bottle(11/8/07). Looks Pale copper. Aroma: Nice nose, if a little weak. Good balance of hops and malt. Taste: The ratio and types of ingredients is nice. It is just too mild. Underwhelming. Boost it up a notch. BAM! The beer was bottled 9 months ago. DrDavid (207), , Vermont, USA Aug 29, 2008 (Bottle). Hoppy aroma. Copper-amber in color with off-white head. Flavor is refreshingly citrusy, and with hops bite, but lacks boldness. One of the better efforts from Otter Creek. rds (93), USA Aug 9, 2008 Pours a dark golden clear color with a tan head, presents a balanced malt and hops brew with little fanfare. pforei (335), USA Aug 7, 2008 Amber good head and retention.
