Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Very floral aroma, very deep golden color, a very nice balance of flavors, not as hoppy or spicy as I expected, a very clean refreshing taste, great pale ale

Had this one bottled in a mix pack from World Market in St. Charles, Illinois, thanks Mom and Dad! Very nice, clear deep amber pour with a think, white head, very nice, citrusy hoppy nose. Plenty of bitterness but complicated by citrusy sweetness. Smooth finish. This beer is exactly why I love the APA -- hoppy yet complex.

12oz bottle-pours a white head with gold color. Aroma is hops. Taste is crisp hops. Clean finish, no aftertaste. Light/medium body. Great APA. Dated 10/24/05

Fresh out of a keg with a beautiful copper pour with nice tan head that was undiminshing. Great keg beer!

Deep copper color......thick white head. Fresh, slightly citrus aroma. Clean hop flavor up front. Very balanced mouthfeel......easy drinking, yet a noticeable crispness. Smooth malt taste at the end, with a long hoppy-sweet finish.

I’m not a big Otter Creek fan, but this is a great beer, easily their best. Great hop flavor! Dry hopping with cascades provides an excellent aroma that’s reminiscent of marijuana.

Bottle. Amber/copper colored. Nice hop flavor and aroma. Spicy, pine taste. fruit notes. Crisp. A very tasty brew.
