Jun 12, 2008 Had this one bottled in a mix pack from World Market in St. Charles, Illinois, thanks Mom and Dad! Very nice, clear deep amber pour with a think, white head, very nice, citrusy hoppy nose. Plenty of bitterness but complicated by citrusy sweetness. Smooth finish. This beer is exactly why I love the APA -- hoppy yet complex.

Mar 14, 2008 Deep copper color......thick white head. Fresh, slightly citrus aroma. Clean hop flavor up front. Very balanced mouthfeel......easy drinking, yet a noticeable crispness. Smooth malt taste at the end, with a long hoppy-sweet finish.

Nov 12, 2001 I’m not a big Otter Creek fan, but this is a great beer, easily their best. Great hop flavor! Dry hopping with cascades provides an excellent aroma that’s reminiscent of marijuana.
