From a bottle poured clear golden color with a fair amount of head. Nice smooth flavor of hops with a quick finish.

Golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of grains, sweet malt and mild lemon. Taste of lemon, caramel and mostly malt. Crisp body with a dry finish.

12 oz. bottle. Now that I am back from vacation, its time to raid my fridge. First beer out is this Spring Ale from Otter Creek. Pours a hazy dull gold with a thin linen white head that lasted through the first qiarter of the glass and left very little lace. Very, very light aroma of malt. The flavor is again very mild malt with some light hops at the finish. A very dull and boring beer.

From a 12 fl. oz. bottle, 2008 series. Pours golden-orange with little to no head. Slow carbonation but continual. Aroma of malts, grass, hops, and citrus. Decent mouth feel. It is a challenge to describe the taste. Defintely malts and light hops, but there is something else there like muffins. Dry finish. Despite my difficulty identifying the flavors, it really wasn’t too bad.

Pretty average drinker. Yellow. Some bright fruit hints but generally plain grain profile. Light palate, with a curious finish, not exactly hops but something odd going on. Bottle in Maryland.
