12 oz bottle. Pours pale yellow color with an abundant frothy white head. Most prominent note in the aroma is from the malt. Very tasty beer, light but not lacking flavor. Not as crisp as a pils and I would call the finish a little sweet, not dry.

12 oz, bottled 1/15/08. Clear orange golden with a one-finger head that settles to a lasting ring. Grain, honey, slight lemongrass and cinnamon on the nose. Roasted corn, light caramel apple, and drying grassy-woody hop flavor are well-balanced. A hint of an earthy, roasted aftertaste appears near the end of the glass. Light-medium body is smooth, slightly tingly, dryish, and refreshing.

Clear light straw color with course head. Light grainy malt aroma with some fruity spicey yeast character. Cereal and honey notes in flavor over sweet grainey malt with a bit of spicey hops. Lightly sweet finish. Good interpretation of classic style.
