dlovell2 (112), Columbia, Maryland, USA Apr 3, 2008 Golden color with white head. Citrus aroma. Very crisp beer. Light Caramel malt taste followed by a light citrus hop taste. This beer was just ok.
esjaygee (918), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Sep 19, 2008 Golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of grains, sweet malt and mild lemon. Taste of lemon, caramel and mostly malt. Crisp body with a dry finish. beerbill (1396), Laurel, New York, USA Sep 2, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Now that I am back from vacation, its time to raid my fridge. First beer out is this Spring Ale from Otter Creek. Pours a hazy dull gold with a thin linen white head that lasted through the first qiarter of the glass and left very little lace. Very, very light aroma of malt. The flavor is again very mild malt with some light hops at the finish. A very dull and boring beer. puboflyons (400), New Hampshire, USA Jul 31, 2008 From a 12 fl. oz. bottle, 2008 series. Pours golden-orange with little to no head. Slow carbonation but continual. Aroma of malts, grass, hops, and citrus. Decent mouth feel. It is a challenge to describe the taste. Defintely malts and light hops, but there is something else there like muffins. Dry finish. Despite my difficulty identifying the flavors, it really wasn’t too bad. Nuffield (2555), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Jul 30, 2008 Pretty average drinker. Yellow. Some bright fruit hints but generally plain grain profile. Light palate, with a curious finish, not exactly hops but something odd going on. Bottle in Maryland. BustedFlat (446), Edina, Minnesota, USA Jul 29, 2008 Poured cloudy yellow. Aroma - Grain, lemon and citrus. Taste - light and grainy with some malt. Bready. Slightly bitter. Better than average.
