| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 3, 2007 355 ml, bottled on 04-23-07. Cloudy and pear-colored with a small head that doesn’t last. Aroma is strong coriander and orange peel, with slight sourish yeast. Flavor is coriander-spiked and watered-down lemon juice, wheat flour, and plenty of bitter herb Saaz. Light, tingly and refreshing. Interesting take on the Witbier style, without the typical bubblegum flavor that usually comes from the yeast. Actually makes the wheat more prominent, and the beer more sessionable. Needs some more malt body, grains of paradise, or something to tame the coriander and bitterness a bit. Still beats the hell out of American wheats though. radagast83 (1289), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 1, 2007 Bottle. The beer was decent, but it tasted barely like what I expect a Belgian white beer to taste like. Spice and citrus were good and balanced. Palidor19 (1772), Brandon, Florida, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 27, 2007 The aroma is not quite like a true white but it’s got wheat, spice, and some citrus. The appearance is hazy orange/gold with some particles. The head is smaller but OK. The flavor is like the aroma with a touch of toastyness. The palate is typical for the style. Overall it’s pretty good but not great. MarkBarnes (266), Waterville, New York, USA

Not a fan of the style, but this is your typical witbier: Cloudy, acidic, and quite sour. Does nothing at all to boost my opinion of Belgian Whites. emerica56 (581), Bristol, Rhode Island, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 17, 2007 this beer was pored into a tulip glass with a golden orange yet cloudy color to it. There was not much of a head and it has smells of floral clove and mild citrus. It has an initial bite of hops and clove. The after taste is very bitter and a little sweet. bbbrew (182), Washington DC, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Aug 10, 2007 Lightly hazy pale gold, modest white head. Mild aroma of malted grain, corriander, and subtle citrus. A little bit of wheat is added in the flavor along with some corny grain and light skunk on the finish. Light body, balanced carbonation. Very easy to drink, but that’s about all that’s going for it.
