Commercial Description:
White Sail is a Belgian-style white beer, craft brewed with wheat, malted barley, hops, and a little bit of coriander and orange peel. It is mild yet flavorful, with fruity undertones and a haze from the yeast and wheat. This ale is delicious on its own, or with a slice of orange.

light marmalade and honey aroma ... hazy golden colour .. some light foam ring ... light spritz .. bitter and biting, a tad to sour to be good ... not that good .. shared with saucebox .. ..scoobs- " octopus "

From the bottle, it smelled distinctly like pickled olives. Very cloudy, pear green-gold, big white head. Bad label. Sour, citrus, a bit stale - like runoff from an unsweetened citrus salad. Not very fizzy, starchy medium body. Not a great example for the style, not a great example of much of anything. Good thing citrus is in season in Florida - I’m about to wring a big grapefruit into this in the hopes that it will liven things up.

thin white head that dissipates quickly. lite gold with a faint yeasty aroma. taste is of a watered down white ale-bready, citrus, barely there spices. no real finish to speak of on the palette. its ok, ive had better.

Pours cloudy yellow with suspended sediment and no head. Smells bland like wheat malt and really bitter hops. Flavor is tart and bland. Nothing special. No fruitiness. Dry finish.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a thick white head and lots of yeast flocculation. Bready coriander and wit yeast phenolic with lighter lemony notes. Full-bodied and nicely balanced orange and coriander. Good texture with spicy yeast and carbonation. Great yeast character.

a typical belgian white with a immediate vegetable taste and smell accompanied by a mild yet intense sweetness something like a saccharin and sugar mixture. thankfully it easy on the chalkiness perhaps due to the modestly mild citrus that i find lemony with just a touch of grapefruit and orange. the body is light although not too much so and overall not bad since i am not a particular fan of the style

This may have been the most hum-drum beer I’ve ever tasted. Despite the other reviews, I experienced a small, quickly dissipating head. Slightly citric, watery flavor. I’m all about Vermont breweries, but this beer should be avoided.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a cloudy yellow with fizzy white head that went away quickly. Aroma of some citris. Flavor has some wheat and light citris orange peel and corriander. Mouthfeel is light-med. body with high carbonation...Overall, it’s ok....would make a very nice summer beer, easy drinking.
