Commercial Description:
White Sail is a Belgian-style white beer, craft brewed with wheat, malted barley, hops, and a little bit of coriander and orange peel. It is mild yet flavorful, with fruity undertones and a haze from the yeast and wheat. This ale is delicious on its own, or with a slice of orange.

Poured a slightly hazy orange/yellow. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Lots of flavor. A good balance of citrus and yeast. There was also a good amount of spice, which might not have been a good thing. Not as refreshing as other wheat beers. Overall not bad.

Jacksonville, Fl. - Total Wines - 12 oz bottle. Pours a pleasant murky medium orange with a thin, but clingy white head. Lemony aroma with some hints of yeast. Nice coriander accents in the flavor with some orange peel on the back end. Just enough spritz in the mouthfeel to keep it interesting. Better than expected.

Opaque dark straw. Expressive coriander and orange nose with a little bit of footy yeast. Very highly carbonated. Thick, yet somewhat light of body. Good spice. Finishes dry, herbal, hoppy. Decent.

This is a little different for a Belgian White Ale. The appearance has a nice orange glow with a big marshmallowy head. The aroma is very grainy, bready, and a bit harsh, with the slightest hint of curacao oranges. The taste also has a certain grainy "roughness" to it, with a citrus note or two and a pinch of spice. This is a drinkable beer, medium bodied and malty, but with none of the typical witbier aromatic and refreshing goodness. I’m not quite sure what to call this.

Clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel and coriander. Taste of coriander, fruit peel, sweet malt and citrus. So-so.

Bottle. Hazy light orange-peach with giant frothy head. Fun, fruity aroma with peach, apricot, orange peel, coriander, and ginger. Very high carbonation is its weakest point by far. It’s fizzy but it does seem to work here. On the sweet side, but enough apricot and orange twang to balance it. Also, good spiciness and citrus zest in the finish. Reasonable amount of depth and complexity. Not bad, good refreshment.

Powerful coriander mouthfeel. Medium bodied American Belgian. Lite hops. I taste wheat and barley. A bit of carbination. No real haze to speak of. Tingely mouth in the begining. Goes down with a weird chewy acidic orange feel at the end. Wouldn’t try this one again, but not a bad beer. No head, no lacing. Not complex and not sweet.

This is a what beer? a witbier? I don’t know man, very dissapointing considering i really like this brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a small barely noticeable head. Zero lacing, aroma is blah. Hint of lemongrass, and grain. Taste was anything but what it should have been. Grainy, very little wheat, off dry, not even hint of sweetness.
