Commercial Description:
White Sail is a Belgian-style white beer, craft brewed with wheat, malted barley, hops, and a little bit of coriander and orange peel. It is mild yet flavorful, with fruity undertones and a haze from the yeast and wheat. This ale is delicious on its own, or with a slice of orange.

poopy white! Roused yeast take away from the flavor and there is almost no discernible uniqueness which should be the halmark of a wit.

Pours a fairly clear orange with a small white head. Kind of a skunky, funky, orange wheat aroma. Not pleasant at all. The taste is alot of the same, really no semblance of wheat anywhere, more grainy than anything. The orange is there, but its a funked out citrus that really didnt help much either. A little bitter finish, which was short and bland. Maybe the poorest attempt at this style I’ve had

bottle. pours metallic yellow with white head that fades quickly. light citrus aroma reminiscent of cider. flavor adds a mild fruity yeast and a tart edge. coriander is present if you’re looking for it. nothing too crazy, but worlds better than a blue moon. the malt is much cleaner and the yeast comes through nicely. a tasty session beer for summer. had one more recently, and the malt tasted stale and exhausty. downgraded flavor and overall.

Bottle from Pat’s. Hazy medium gold pour with nose of limey citrus, coriander, clove, hops, malt. Tastes citric in a limey sense, plus clovey spice, some malt, orange zest. Medium, fizzy palate.

It pours a hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head. White lacing slowly sides down the sides of the glass. Orange peel and wheat malts fill the nose. The flavor is sweet, tangy and creamy like an orange creamsicle. Tangy orange, coriander and light wheat malts are balanced by some light bitterness in the finish. It has a creamy texture and a light to medium body.

Had a swig of this at a party after a couple games of flip cup. So please excuse this meaningless post. Tasted sweet and spicy. Usual coriander, yeast, and orange flavors. Soft, drinkable. Will try again.
