Sep 29, 2008 Opaque dark straw. Expressive coriander and orange nose with a little bit of footy yeast. Very highly carbonated. Thick, yet somewhat light of body. Good spice. Finishes dry, herbal, hoppy. Decent.

Mar 22, 2008 Pours a transparent bright golden with a fizzy wispy white head. Aroma of fresh orange citrus and a touch of coriander and pale malt. Starts effervescent and faintly sweet and pale malty with a decent balance of citrus and coriander spice before a drier, slightly earthy finish. An ok witbier.

Jul 30, 2007 Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Smells of coriander, oranges, jolly ranchers, cheap perfume, some lemons. Tastes of lemons, some cumin, pepper, hints of oranges. Mouthfeel is a little on the watery side. Finish is sweet and crisp. A little unusual, but definitely not a drainpour.
