Mar 22, 2008 Pours a transparent bright golden with a fizzy wispy white head. Aroma of fresh orange citrus and a touch of coriander and pale malt. Starts effervescent and faintly sweet and pale malty with a decent balance of citrus and coriander spice before a drier, slightly earthy finish. An ok witbier.

May 20, 2008 Bottle: Pale gold color, light white head and a light lacing. Nose of light citrusy orange and pale malt. The flavor is also a bit thin with some basic malt and yeast esters playing on the basic hop and citrus notes. The finish is light and grassy, some extra esters there too. Eh.
