Hazy white color due to the unfiltered state. White undiminishing head with great aroma. Very smooth and balanced with perfect amount of citrus. glaze0101 (79), USA

Pours a dark yellow to orange murky body with no head. Smells very very fruity, with lemon and orange dominating and maybe a hint of berry? Tastes like orange, lemon, pith, yeast, something I can’t quite put my finger on - berry? vanilla? Very sweet and citrussy in any case. Light-bodied with ample carbonation helps make this really really drinkable. Tasty and accessible for sure. Maybe not as close to style as some, and certainly no Allagash White (what is?), but damn tasty, and I’ll be buying a few of these for my non beer geek friends to try! rampmaster (321), Alden, New York, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 1, 2008 It pours a hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head. White lacing slowly sides down the sides of the glass. Orange peel and wheat malts fill the nose. The flavor is sweet, tangy and creamy like an orange creamsicle. Tangy orange, coriander and light wheat malts are balanced by some light bitterness in the finish. It has a creamy texture and a light to medium body. Whereas some Belgian Ale is far too sweet for my liking, Otter Creek’s offering is far more subtle. First time around having this beer I got pretty hammered as it was tapped out of a free keg that was tackled by only myself and a few friends. Thank god the other people didn’t know truly how amazing this beer was. Second time having it with my buddy haslinger brought back the same fond memories...less the inebriation. Thumbs up to Otter Creek on a fine Belgian Ale. BeerHeadBobby (142), In Hiding.., Florida, USA

Sometimes I think people are getting a bit rediculously snobby with thiere ratings. Or maybe I just like beer to much. If it has flavor and isn’t watery it is good in my book. And this was good. And it wasn’t even in my book. So take that as an atomic face bending rating for your ass.
