Commercial Description:
White Sail is a Belgian-style white beer, craft brewed with wheat, malted barley, hops, and a little bit of coriander and orange peel. It is mild yet flavorful, with fruity undertones and a haze from the yeast and wheat. This ale is delicious on its own, or with a slice of orange.

12 oz single from Total Wine. Very fruity, perfumy, citrus aroma. Unfortunately that’s the best part. I like Belgian Wits, but I just cant get excited about this one. I think Blue Moon is better. It has all the typical flavors of a wit, but it comes off mediciny instead of enjoyable. Not bad, but also not so good..

Pours cloudy light yellow with a good sized head. Aroma is yeast and orange. Mouthfeel is thin with a lot of carbonation. Flavor is a bit off for a witte. The orange and corriander are in the background, and there is more bitterness than should be present in the style. I love this style, but this is not a good example.

A lightly peppery/spicy nose, with subtle coriander and pepper coming through on the palette. Not bad, a tad bland, but good as a side to a beer.

Pours an orange golden, slightly hazy color. There was a small fizzy white head that disappeared very quickly. The nose is a sweet cotton candy, artificial strawberry sweetness, with a slight touch of bitterness at the end. The flavor is sweet, but not quite as overpowering as the nose. The flavor has some coriander and a some spicy yeast. A very bready dry base to the flavor. Medium body, that finishes pretty dry.

Nose is lemon and wheat, hazy yellow, almost no head. Flavour is mild citrus, bit of spice. Light bodied, refreshing. Better than average. Thanks Radek.

(12oz bottle) Lightly hazed straw body with small off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange peel, lemon, some coriander. Taste is medium sweet, orange/orange peel, some lemon, light coriander, wheat. Slightly dry in finish. Light-medium body, light crispness.

I like the look of sediment of the beer even though its probably a turn to most people. bot the malts and hops are very milds, their is a definitive orange flavor due to the coriander
