pamoja (57), Rochester, New York, USA Oct 6, 2007 Very good belgian white brewed in Vermont. I haven’t had a better Belgian brewed in America. Hazy white color due to the unfiltered state. White undiminishing head with great aroma. Very smooth and balanced with perfect amount of citrus.
kidmartinek (776), austin, Texas, USA Nov 29, 2008 Pours cloudy yellow with suspended sediment and no head. Smells bland like wheat malt and really bitter hops. Flavor is tart and bland. Nothing special. No fruitiness. Dry finish. slimchill (694), Austin, Texas, USA Nov 27, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a thick white head and lots of yeast flocculation. Bready coriander and wit yeast phenolic with lighter lemony notes. Full-bodied and nicely balanced orange and coriander. Good texture with spicy yeast and carbonation. Great yeast character. BREWMUSKCLES (817), WEEHAWKEN, New Jersey, USA Nov 20, 2008 a typical belgian white with a immediate vegetable taste and smell accompanied by a mild yet intense sweetness something like a saccharin and sugar mixture. thankfully it easy on the chalkiness perhaps due to the modestly mild citrus that i find lemony with just a touch of grapefruit and orange. the body is light although not too much so and overall not bad since i am not a particular fan of the style montev87 (7), , Florida, USA does not count Oct 19, 2008 This may have been the most hum-drum beer I’ve ever tasted. Despite the other reviews, I experienced a small, quickly dissipating head. Slightly citric, watery flavor. I’m all about Vermont breweries, but this beer should be avoided. Swalden28 (710), McKinney, Texas, USA Oct 10, 2008 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a cloudy yellow with fizzy white head that went away quickly. Aroma of some citris. Flavor has some wheat and light citris orange peel and corriander. Mouthfeel is light-med. body with high carbonation...Overall, it’s ok....would make a very nice summer beer, easy drinking.
