Commercial Description:
Bottled, filtered, Occasional;
The purest spring water drawn from the River Otter is used to brew this traditional 19th Century-style IPA with a bit of a twist. Handcrafted with English floor malts and our very own yeast, we have added five of the US Pacific Northwest's most citrus-flavored, aromatic whole cone hops to create a new, complex, highly drinkable beer.

500ml bottle shared by Tom. Clear yellow/amber colored body. Sharp honey pine nose. Dry, crisp, oily, properly bitter, a bit too syrupy and sweet, but clean and sharp, which is nice. Some tea leaves and thyme (and even some celery/vegetal/fuel thing) tasted in the finish takes a bit away from what otherwise is a decent beer that I could enjoy drinking great quantities of.

16.9oz bottle-pours a thin white head and amber color. Aroma is pine hops, sweet medium malt. Taste is sweet medium malt-caramel, herbal/earthy/slight pine hops-slightly bitter. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out.
