Poured a medium to deeper amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of tiasted caramel, fruity, and citrus. Tastes of caramel, fruitiness, and citrus. Body on the thinner side. acrdz (4486), Boulder, Colorado, USA Apr 3, 2008 500ml bottle shared by Tom. Clear yellow/amber colored body. Sharp honey pine nose. Dry, crisp, oily, properly bitter, a bit too syrupy and sweet, but clean and sharp, which is nice. Some tea leaves and thyme (and even some celery/vegetal/fuel thing) tasted in the finish takes a bit away from what otherwise is a decent beer that I could enjoy drinking great quantities of. jcwattsrugger (4087), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Aug 25, 2008 16.9oz bottle-pours a thin white head and amber color. Aroma is pine hops, sweet medium malt. Taste is sweet medium malt-caramel, herbal/earthy/slight pine hops-slightly bitter. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out.
