Bottle thanks to heyta. Served in a tulip.
Pours a clear golden-copper color with a very thin white head that immediately fades and falls into a thin collar. A few spots of lacing. The nose has a bit of wheat and a slight apricot character. Mild peach there as well. The flavor is a short amount of apricot and there’s a bit of bread in the background. A lightly-sweet malt presence. Light body with just a touch of sweetness and moderate carbonation. Lightly bitter in the finish. Fruit isn’t strong, but is there. Decent enough, but not something I’d have again.

The problem with apricot wheat is that one flavor always overpowers the other. Definitely get hints of apricot on the nose and the palate but no real wheat. Not a lot of hop or malt action beer. It’s a pleasant beer suitable for your mum but not quite clean enough for session drinking.

(22oz bomber thanks to Exiled) clear yellow with a few bubbles. Nose of apricot, permanent chemicals, artificial fruit, fruity pebbles, not too offensive despite my description of the nose. Taste of marshmallow, wheat, apricot. Watery but a lot of flavor here. Creamy body and linger of seltzer water.

Thanks to Exiled for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is very heavy on the apricot with not too much else going on. There may be a little bit of wheat in the aroma, but it is basically just fruit. The flavor is more of the same. A whole lot of apricot and a tad bit of wheat. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

22oz bottle that my mom brought back to me while dropping my brother off at Penn St. Pours a crystal clear, deep golden-bronze colored body with an orange tint to it. Finger-width, dense and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a good amount of lacing. Aroma is big on the fresh and sweet apricots with just a touch of tartness. Some nice wheat malts in the background offering a solid balance. Very simple, but pleasant aroma. Flavor is similar. The wheat malts are rich with a solid sweetness to them while balancing the bigger, fresh apricot taste. Finishes clean and smooth with no hop bitterness before leaving a medium length, wheat and apricot aftertaste. Light-medium, smooth, crisp, refreshing body with a light-medium, gentle carbonation. Overall, a really solid wheat. Very straightforward and simple with lots of apricot flavor, but enough of a wheat malt backing to prevent this from becoming too much of a fruit beer. Refreshing, crisp, and easy drinking. Another solid offering from a great brewpub.
