Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, bourbon notes, wood, vanilla. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Pours murky, muddy dark chocolate brown colour with a barely there tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, and licorice. Flavour of alcohol, bitter chocolate, raisins, plums and a hint of smokiness.. Has a bitter aftertaste.
