4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at first Oldsmar Taphouse BA Tasting. Courtesy of someone. The aroma is beef bouillon, tobacco, dark bittersweet chocolate, cooked dark fruit and smoke with a lot of boozy phenols. The body is black and holds a wispy brown head. Big chocolate, coffee fore. Very bitter roasted notes. Massive cooked dark fruit (prune, fig, cherries, dates and raisins) finish.

A lovely intense stout, bolder than most of Otto’s lineup! Well done, and happy to have this one around our town.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Hands down this is one of the best imperial stouts I've ever had. Huge roasted flavors with the look and feel that puts it over the top. If you are lucky enough to live close to this brewery, buy some now.

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
A good solid stout perfect for the summer since it is not a very heavy beer. This was a pleasant surprise enjoyed right out of the bottle while in the jacuzzi. Would like more of this for sure.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured form a 22 oz. bottle into snifter.
Appearance - A nice deep black with a light brown head upon pouring that dissipated fast to a nice wispy head; clung to glass while swirled.
Smell - Strong chocolate aroma with a bit of coffee after.
Taste - A strong cocoa presence with some sweeter vanilla and some sweet raisin flavors.
Mouthfeel - A moderate body, with a very smooth texture, although maybe a bit thinner then expected for abv.
Overall - A very good brew and one I would recommend. Not quite up to snuff to the bourbon aged on tap, but a very solid brew non the less.

Via trade with Bmart. The aroma is roast, dark chocolate. The appearance is jet black, light tan head. The flavor is chocolate, licorice, roast. The finish is roast, pine needles. Medium/thick in body. A run of the mill, but well made stout.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Black pour with a thin tan head. Not a great deal of lacing.
The nose is heavy, chocolate, malt, roasty, yeasty.
Flavor is sweet, roasty malt, chocolate, coffee, hot cocoa.
Thick, rich mouthfeel.
A really nice Imperial Stout. A little sweeter than I prefer, but very, very nice.
