An American pale ale brewed with Centennial hops and hopbacked with Cascade, it's a real refresher that has a spicy, citrus aroma and a slightly nutty malt flavor.

Pours a clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma has mild tropical fruits and a hint of sweet maltiness. Flavor follows suit...adds layers of tea, earthy notes, and mild toasted caramel. Mouthfeel is medium/full with an earthy bitter/toasty finish.

American Pale Malty start...slight hop finish but not much to speak of... This is a good beer to try! Very sessionable. Better on draft than in the bottle.

Fantastic citrus hoppy aroma with an orange-ish color. The taste is too earthy though. I was expecting more.

22 oz .Bottle from the State College brew pub. A milder and pleasant pale ale with a light hoppy feel. A slightly cloudy burnt orange colored body, with a tan soft formed head. Mostly smooth up front, with some creamy dough and yeast flavors. Slightly sweet pineapple and peach hop flavors, though not strong, and not approaching the level of IPA. Mild, smooth palate, with a decent APA-to-style hop bitterness. This is one of my wife’s favorite beers.

as a fan of Penn State took great pride in drinking this clear dark copper, fine beige head, lots of lace, big sweet crystal malt and citrus hop aroma, rich caramel malt flavor, lots of citrus flavor, good balance between the caramel and citrus, long bitter finish

Nice American Pale Ale. A nice, refreshing beer that has a doable alcohol percentage. Centennial and Cascade -you can't go wrong. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A nice pale ale from a PA brewer. Aroma was nice. Stale malt, wet grass and notes of spices. Pour was a medium gold with a one finger off white head. Taste was average. A nice mix of caramel malt and grassy bitter hops, with the hops overpowering just bit. A slight cardboard flavor is present but probably because this was an old dusty bottle bought from House of 1000 Beers and it may be a bit oxidized. Mouth is left wet, sticky and bitter. Not bad.

Draft. Pours clear amber with thin, creamy off-white head; decent retention and spare lacing. Aroma is caramel malt, citrus and floral hops, straw, and nuts. Flavor is light sweet malt, heavy citrus and floral hops, and average citrus fruit esters; bitter, grapefruit finish. Medium body, carbonation, and warmth.
