COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American pale ale brewed with Centennial hops and hopbacked with Cascade, it's a real refresher that has a spicy, citrus aroma and a slightly nutty malt flavor.

22oz bottle. Pours a clear, bronze-golden body with a finger-width, frothy, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is citrusy pines and florals with a nice, moderately sweet caramel. A bit of an amber nut, grain to the malts as well. Flavor is nice, but not as protruding as the aroma led me to believe. A well rounded, moderate caramel sweetness with a light nut. A moderate floral grapefruit and orange citrus with a light pine bitterness at the end. The malts get a bit bready as it warms and lose some of the citrus intensity. Finishes slightly dry after a medium, smooth, rounded body. Moderate length aftertaste. Overall, a nice pale ale. Not the most extreme, but an enjoyable hop and malt presence and great body. Smooth, well rounded, and very drinkable.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear copper pour with a thin off-white head. Orangy nose with some sweet malt. Malty flavor first with some citrusy hops and a bitter, yet thin finish. Was hoping for more in the flavor after the aroma was so good, but not bad.

22oz bomber from my man treyrab, gracias. Rating # 55. Copper pour with a white head. Piney hops with a toasty maltiness. Very smooth and very easy to drink. Had a decent, slight hop bite with very minimal aftertaste, very enjoyable. ꀘ)

Draft at Otto’s Brewpub. This was their Friday night Firkin so it may be slightly different than the regular draft due to the special prep it received in the Firkin. A light tan head with dark amber body and nice lacing from top to bottom. Aroma was sweet and flowery. Very smooth with both floral and citrus notes and a slightly bitter finish that lasted. I’m normally not a big fan of pale ales but this was really good.

Bomber. Pours a large, frothy, rocky, off-white head. Clear, copper body with good lacing. Big citrus hop aroma. Some orange, peach and pear. More hops in the flavor - floral and citric. Some earthy woodiness. Crystal malt makes its presence known. Medium body, average carbonation...slightly resinous/sticky finish. Overall a quite enjoyable APA.

Bomber. Citric C-hop nose, grapefruit and orange. Clear orange pour with a clingy off-white head. Taste is heavy citrus, but not overpowering, grapefruit juice and OJ. Lightly bittersweet, finish is a little rubbery, and that last smack of lips/tongue is a little metallic. Medium-full body, not bad!

22oz bottle, from Wegman’s (Williamsport, PA). Pours slightly hazy yellow golden, capped with a medium sized off-white head. Crisp citric hop aroma, with background notes of grain, malt and tea. Grain and caramel are the primary flavors, with lemon, nuts, and light hop resin. Tasty and very drinkable, but I wished the flavor lived up to the aroma.

Bomber. Pours a coppery amber with a frothy finger of head. Aromas are decent, but a little subtle... grass and citrus provide some edginess, but not much else is going on. Similarly, flavor is a bit washed out... even more so than the nose. There is a little bit of caramel and apple juice in terms of malt and a little edge of citrus hops to the finish, but this is pretty plain.

On draft at Otto’s. Aroma of citrus, grassy notes, hops, and pine. Nice clear dark orange colour. Tastes of hops and citrus. Good for a pale ale.

Draft at Otts. Pours a redish amber with a small white head. Has a good aroma of pine and light citrus hops. The taste is good. Crisp and refreshing but not too hoppy. Very good carbination and mouthfeel. A nice finish. This was a well blended beer. A light body. Went great with the food. I enjoyed it.
