American red ale. Very malty and crisp. It has all the fun without the AMD (Acid Mine Damage)! Brewed with Palisade for the bittering and late hopped with Liberty.

An average amber ale. Got this dusty bottle from House of 1000 Beers so it’s possible this bottle was far from fresh. Aroma was decent. Ginger, grass and caramel. Pour was a nice light brown/red with a thin off white ring for a head. Taste was a little thin. This tasted like a macro-attempt at the style (Pete’s Wicked Red, etc). Not bad and very drinkable, just not very full or big. Roasted malt and burnt caramel are present, but very weak. Very unoffensive and would do well as a stepping stone beer. Nice carbonation.

Bottle:   Fiery amber, lively carbonation, moderate to large foamy off-white head, nice lacing.   Soft sweet malt aroma, a little biscuit and straw/hay.   Rather malty on the tongue.   Very nice, sweet, a little citrus aspect, slight funk, maybe a bit of soil.   This is a damn fine Amber Ale!   Clean, with only a slight cereal like aspect on the backside.   Body and mouthfeel are quite good.   Very smooth, easy to drink, not heavy, with a body and mouthfeel that is quite viscous.   Somewhat finishes too early, but has a long lingering malt sweetness that sticks to the tongue.   What I like about this is that its not that earthy/soily like most ambers, has good body, and isn’t at all thin.   Thanks Trey for this lovely Amber Ale!

Bottle courtesy Mora2000. Pours a slightly hazy reddish orange color with a ring of white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy, with an odd hop smell. Smells a bit dry but that odd nose over-powers a lot. Flavor is hoppy and dry, malty sweet flavors and trees. Sappy finish. The strange odor is not in the flavor, which works in it’s favor.
