22 oz bottle. Pours dark amber with thin, foamy, white head and some carbonation. Aroma is of bready malt, citrusy hops, caramel and ripe fruit. Body is full, chewy and tangy. Citrusy hops, caramel malt and ripe fruit fill the mouth. Finish is long, grapefruity. Nice, tasty, balanced IPA.

Growler from Ottos- Poured a clear copper caramel with rocky foam head and sticky lacing. Sweet knotty pine hops on the nose with a hop texture throughout. Clean and cool with a nice bit of hop bite.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draft at brewpub. Poured copper in color with a nice beige head that left great lacing on the glass. Aroma of mostly floral hops with some pine, citrus, and some underlying sweet malt. Tastes of caramel malt base with piney, resiny sticky hop mouth feel, light citrus, and finishes with a nice hop bittering. I really really liked this one. It was my highlight at otto’s for sure.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured a caramel color, kinda dark for an IPA. But thatís where the problems ended. Nice lacy head, grea hoppy floral aroma. The flavor was lite, and the body full and nice. Great aftertaste and bittering. Good enough to make me want to be a Nittany Lion!!!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber. Pours an average, foamy, light tan head. Clear, amber body. Citrus and pine nose with some sticky crystal. More fruit in the flavor - pear and white grape accompany the suspected pine and grapefruit. More sweet crystal malt. Medium-full body with a sticky, resinous mouthfeel. Detracting. Lingering hop flavor with a bitter finish. Pretty good, but the mouthfeel really dragged it down for me.

The slab cabin pours amber clear with a weak head that hugs my glass. As for aroma it is of carmel malts, citrus hops, a slight spice, and a pine like hop scent. I could taste sweet malts, mild bitterness from the hops, and citrus. The finish is pleasant. The bitterness doesnít take away from the flavor of the beverage. My palate was not hit hard but it does impact it. Overall I enjoyed this. Itís worth trying.

22 oz. Bottle from the Brew Pub.
Impressive, a good "middle of the road" IPA that does not go "over the top with the hop". Well done here.

A great looking IPA(wasnít expecting the red appearance) with a balanced hop presence. Smother than I expected but with a nice citrus hop bite. Add the modest alcohol level and you have a great drinking IPA. Well done!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma of citrus, pine, and floral hops. Color is a clear amber with white head. Tastes of pine, hops, citrus and grassy notes. Flavor is a bit watered down and bitter. Nothing special.
