An okay crisp brew. Has a bit of a nice spice taste blended with the hops, smooth aftertaste with standard bitter hop flavor.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops, malts, slight toasting, slight caramel, and a hint of grapefruit. Poured amber/orange in color with a small to medium-sized, off-white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Very good to excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly bitter. Tastes of hops, malts, slight toasting, slight herbs, and slight caramel. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Lightly bitter finish.

Bomber. Pours an average, foamy, light tan head. Clear, amber body. Citrus and pine nose with some sticky crystal. More fruit in the flavor - pear and white grape accompany the suspected pine and grapefruit. More sweet crystal malt. Medium-full body with a sticky, resinous mouthfeel. Detracting. Lingering hop flavor with a bitter finish. Pretty good, but the mouthfeel really dragged it down for me.

A dark amber IPA with a thin off white head. Smooth British hops aroma with grassy and nutty notes. In mouth, a crisp malt base with very British herbal hops, lingering bitterness, medium bodied. Nice. On tap at PA Flavor, April 9th, 2011.

FRO throwdown: hilarious name. Piney resiny hops. Light toasty malts, cold and empty finish. Bluh.

Aroma of citrus, pine, and floral hops. Color is a clear amber with white head. Tastes of pine, hops, citrus and grassy notes. Flavor is a bit watered down and bitter. Nothing special.

Bomber. Pours a pretty reddish color with a big frothy head and aromas of pine and herbal hops. Flavor is pretty similar. A toffee/caramel malt presence balanced against an English hoppiness. Pretty light and crisp, but not that compelling as far as I’m concerned.
