UPDATED: JAN 5, 2015 Tap at the Delirium Cafe, Brussels. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is light yeast, resin. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a yeast, malty resin boozy alcohol palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I’m no fan of triples but this one was very drinkable... but it was 9% and that "glass" seemed to take forever to drink. I can’t believe that they will sell you 2 litres of this stuff... If you can afford it... but anyone attempting that is surely heading to the Darwin pool!

330ml bottle from El Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. @home 08-12-2014.
BBD: 10/2015.
In short: yeasty golden ale.
Pours quite hazy deep gold with frothy white head. Some chunks of sediment. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Yeasty, bready, spicy aromas. Medium body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste follows the nose, average belgian tripel, quite yeasty profiled, some raw cereal notes, some harsh notes, maybe a bit overcarbonated. To be honest, i just grabbed this one when i see Beersel was the brewer, but then realized it was a contract beer. Nothing remarkable.
