Fad. EBF 2008, Pilsnergul trippel der tydeligvis er filtreret. Meget parfumeret klassisk belgisk trippel. Let drikkelig trods de relativt høje procenter. Udmærket øl.

A clear golden colored beer, with a huge white fomay head. The aroma of sweet fruits and notes of malt and yeast. The taste of citrus/orange. A little coriander and some floral. The aftertaste has some alcohol and a little bitter.

Bottle from my usual bottle shop. My notes ramble on about me being very drunk and it being very late. Looks like a blonde. I like strength in my beer and you can taste it in this. Quite sweet. Nice enough thank you.

DruncanVeasey (7633) - NUNEATON, CONF N, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - AUG 17, 2008
Bottle from The Criterion, Leicester. Cakey sweet barley wine-like aroma heavy with marzipan booziness but light with lemon, yeast, grass, hops and banana esters. Witbier mistiness lacy with fine white froth. Alcohol a little aggressive flavour-wise, melting into almond and lemon smoothness, banana and peardrop. A nibble of hop/alcohol bitterness on the end. Pretty slick, sweetly fruity tripel with touches of barley wine richness. Not bad.

Bottle, bought @ Bjergtrolden, Roskilde.
Pours hazy, pale, golden with a medium, frothy, white head. Big bubbles. Aroma is quite yeasty, some lemons and a touch of grain. Okay mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly metallic, very dry, good yeast, lots of alcohol burn. A bit sugary sticky sweet finish with some hops.
