3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9.5%. Golden colour, nearly clear. Huge white head. Aroma of stale jam, Belgian ale yeast and mild spices. Fairly sweet and mildly spicy flavour. Nice enough to drink, but cannot compete with the best tripels like Westmalle and Karmeliet.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
From a 33cl bottle, pours a pale amber body with a white head that did not stay long. Aroma of light malts and vanilla. Flavors again of malts, vanilla, and spices. Alcohol is very present and persistent in the taste. Very sweet from the alcohol, a bit too much for me. This ale is not very well balanced, to strong sweetness from the alcohol. The finish is granny and candy like.

bomber shared amongst friends. poured a light to medium golden orange with thin wispy white head. slight aroma of the Belgian yeast. for me not what I normally would think in a tripel style ale. the flavor was short and crisp but quickly disappears. just kind of average for me.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Nose is caramel, classic Belgian yeast dough, almond, bread. Sweet and doughy. Taste is too sweet, almond, caramel, honey, hint of vanilla, bubble gum, banana, real hint of a hefeweiss in the flavour profile.
Mouthfeel is too fizzy.
This is a disappointment given the brewer. It feels like a me too addition to the range and would be better dropped.

Medium sweet, medium bitter, taste is of bread dough, orange, orange peel, hints of alcohol, lots of citrus peel bitterness in the end. Medium body, high carbonation, medium long aftertaste with bitterness, dry. Ok triple, but some perfume tones that does not belong, and strong citrus peel bitterness.
