olio (6897) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 21, 2015
75 cl bottle. Bottle #320/648. Brewed on 05/2012. Bottled on 06/2013.
Pours beautiful clear red color with a large pink head. Nice fruity floral aroma, lots of berries, earth, barnyardy notes and wood. Cherries and raspberries on the flavor, mild rose hip notes, funky fruitys, yeast and some distant strawberry notes. The carbonation is a bit too strong, steps on the sourness a bit. Very tasty anyway.

75 cl bottle @ olio. Bottle #320/648. Lagered 05/2012, bottled 06/2013.
Aroma has sour currant juice and some bush leaves. Very foamy palate. Flavour has sour currant juice, cranberries and some porridge(!) notes. Somewhat aggressive at its sourness but still far from my expectations. Feels like berry juice.

tiong (4275) - Espoo, FINLAND - MAR 21, 2015
750ml bottle

Bottle #320/648 - Pours dark red with a foamy pink head. Aroma of chewy cherries, hints of tartness, sourish vibes, earthiness, farmyard and yeast. Taste is smooth, carbonated and chewy juicy with loads of cherries, hints of tartness, farmyard and funky yeastiness. Finish is carbonated, vinous and sweetish with notes of cherries and tartness. Not your typical lambic, quite vinous and carbonated one.
