Light hazy orange with a minimal white head. Aroma is fruity, sour, acetic with lemon, green apple, grape, inegar, a hint of sweet peach pulp, slight earthy herbal and nutty notes, barnyard. Taste is acetic, fruity and funky. Dry sour finish with a light mineral note, vinegar, lemon juice, a touch of almond, grass and light barnyard. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation, dry texture.
Decent, too heavy on the vinegar.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2016 Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with big fizzy short lasting white head. Hay, light white grapes, lemon, horse, peach and apricot, grassy, sweet white bread. Under medium sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. I get the champagne like notes, but it’s also more sweet than regular lambics. Could be a bit drier maybe. Decent but not worth the money.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is light with some light citrus and stone fruit notes. Light oak notes. Light herbal and barnyard notes. Cork pops with a loud bang. Pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow-gold color with a very large, rocky white head that slowly recedes to a thin film that lingers. No lacing or legs.  Flavor is slightly sweet with a light grain note and moderate acidity. Light citrus notes with a bit of a pineapple and stone fruit. Moderate bitterness and a touch of astringency with light oak. Light herbal and funk notes with a bit of grassy notes in the finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with high carbonation. Low, but present astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer but not a great one. The funk notes are super light with a bit of a bitterness and astringency. Moderate oak and decent acidity.
