3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at the mondiale 2014.
Clear golden pour, with a hige white head. The aroma is ALL funk. Unbelievable amount of funk. Horse blanket, super sour lemon, wet hay, and crusty bread are all present. The carb is perfect, and the mouth feel is very good. The finish is just all funk. This is one of the sourest lambics ive had. Its so sour the finish actualy starts to detract from some of the subtle flavours. Good but not great.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle shared by Eric at GTMW line, still can’t believe this is $50, seems a little overpriced, but what do I know, pours a clear gold with a thin white bubbly head, lots of bubbles through out the beer with tons of carbonation, almost like champagne, the aroma has a little bit of funk but there is quite a bit of bubbles that tingle the nose, the flavor has some sour touches at first and finishes with almost a sweetness to it, really, again, reminds me of champagne, pretty cool to try.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clean golden color with a huge tight bubbled white rising foam Some nice refined funk on the nose mingling with a hint of beeswax, wet oak , honey kissed malts and some stale grass. Palate is bright and lively with a heavy carbonation laying the base for a funky earthy mushroom, sour lemon, dusty barrel character. barnyard horse blanket.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Shared 750 ml bottle at local tasting. Golden colour, pours fizzy with a white head. Lovely brett "farmhouse" aroma. The flavour is not quite as intense as the aroma, but still good, quite dry. Some hops the aftertaste.
