Corked bottle. Blonde. Oak, lemon, and honey in the aroma. Hint of peach. Dry with an oaky lemony flavor. Honey, peach. Complex and a long aftertaste.

Bottle 750ml@Tuulensuu
Clear yellow color, small white head. Fruity apply nose, light lambic notes. Light-bodied. "Sparkling wineish", fruity, but tart with some apple and pear. Probably good beer for non-beerdrinkers who like dry white wines.

Pours a clear light golden with a head that won’t stick. Aroma is funky, yeasty/fresh bread (this is how I describe the Champagne aroma) and wet hay. Taste is ultra-dry or maybe it was the ultra-carbonation that gave me that impression... Some green apples and carbonic acid. Body was light, carbonation really, really high. I know this is what was intended but it made it feel like it was watery. I didn’t enjoy it that much, really...

Très levuré et effervescent avec des notes franches de pomello et de céréales croustillants. Bonne bouteille mais un peu à côté de la track pour moi.

pours unclear pale yellow with a small frothy white head, good retention, ncie lacing. barn and complex brettiness, soft and lightly sweet malts, apple and pear fruitiness. fizzy and bright champagne-like carbonation - for this, it is a success but proof has shown that for regular bottle conditioned geuze carbonation is perfectly suited for the style, light body - seems a tad watery for stated abv, relatively dry herbal-grassy and lightly acidic finish. if pricetag is neglected, it is a more than decent geuze, but champagne-like carbonation is a tad disturbing and complexity doesn’t quite show.

Bottle (750 ml). Clear golden with a medium quickly diminishing bubbly white head and light lacing. Aroma is cheesy with a lot of yeast (Champagne), funk and light fruity notes. Taste is yeasty with barnyard, malt, funk and light fruits. Light to medium body. Effervescent carbonation. Slightly to moderately dry finish. Alcohol well hidden. Decent/good Gueuze. Unique. Not worth the price tag though.

Bottle. Clear gold pour with lacy bubbly white head. Aroma is quite funky, feet, horse blanket very cheesy, honestly a bit repulsive at first, but it grew on me quickly. Taste is mild, cheesy funky notes, lactic, light sourness. Palate is light and fluffy, dry but not overly so, cushionny. Good stuff.
