Bottle 750ml. corked.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty - yeasty, barnyard, leather, tart, sulfur notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, wood, tart, dry, grape - citrus, barnyard, lemon, brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery and dry, carbonation is soft to fizzy. Hazy golden color; the large head disappears quickly. The aroma is wonderful, cobwebs and dry citrusy fruits, grapefruit, an idea of tropical fruits, and cheese. Highly carbonated, smooth, with strong citrusy flavor, yellow fruit; mild cobwebs; acidity and astringency are moderate, almost mellow.
Huge balance and dynamism.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are brett, wood, barnyard, leather, malt and hops. Easy drinkable and not acidic.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of mustiness, horse blanket, leather, cobwebs, and citrus peel. Flavor of earth, lemon peel, minerals, and grapefruit with a bone dry finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a lightly unclear, orange-golden beer with a small, off-white head. Citric, barnyard aroma with some faint sugary hints. Not that it feels sugary in any way. Quite effervescent on the palate, dry and medium bodied. Citruspeel, barnyard and leather, sugar hints. Pleasant finish, and overall, a really nice and tasteful beer. 130504

THE stout tasting Pt1. Mid session palate cleanser! Light haze on this gold beer. Good bubbly off white head. Light airy palate with medium minerally carbonation. Very mild sourness. Quite winey and watery champagne. Mild minerals. Finishes semi dry. Light for it’s abv and quite enjoyable.

Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, yeast, brett. Flavour is sourness, yeast, brett. Nice beer.

Säuerlicher, etwas herber Beginn. Süffig, säuerlich nach Zitrusfrüchten, trocken. Starke Karbonisierung, herb-säuerlich, die starke Bitterkeit ist harmonisch. Es fehlt an Tiefe, insgesamt aber dennoch gut. 10/11/11/10/12/10

Bottle courtesy of kraddel in absentia, thanks! Cloudy yellow color, white coca cola head. Aroma of dusty lemons. Taste is dry citrus. Hi carbonation interferes with the taste.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy deep golden with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, barnyard, tart and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, medium carbonation, wheat, tart, barnyard, little citrus, little grapefruit, little acid and light lemon.
