Bottle share at VBC. Clear pale yellow with a quickly fading head. Funky aroma, but not as funky as many lambics. Very highly carbonated. Very fruity flavour, blueberry?

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle corked and capped. Aroma is tart, light body, well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is slightly tart, some wood, some bitterness, and dry finish. Doesn’t do it for me.

Poured from a $65 bottle. Can’t believe I spent that much on a beer. It’s the principal of the thing. Fruity aroma, tart taste, really does taste like champagne. Worth at least $35.

Mildly sour aroma of fermented fruit, great looking clear caramel colour with a lasting white well laced head. Crisp clean taste of champagne and sour fruit, full bodied with a dry champagne finish.

hazy gold, puffy white head lasts. doughy crust nose, light lemon brett, tons of crust. Ultra fruit brett up front, light petal and even floral in bitterness. Drying floral aspects in creamy yeast finish. Contrast high, dairy offsetting, cereal grain sweetness everywhere.
