4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Nice orange pour with a big white head. Really balanced aroma to this. Some vinous notes, grass and earthy funk, some mild must, tons of yeast, and a good green apple tartness. The flavor is quite dry and yeasty. Tons of must, some grass, a bit of oak, and lactic sourness. Very well done beer.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. 8.0%. Best before 2018. 10 cl. sample. Pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow, with a diminishing white head. Mildly sour aroma, with a bit of horse blanket. Has a sort of stale feel to it. Mildly sour flavour, feels a bit watery. Dry finish wit ha tart bitterness and a sweet note. Overall, I don’t really know what to make of it; it’s not bad, but kind of weird. 01.05.15.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle share at VBC. Clear pale yellow with a quickly fading head. Funky aroma, but not as funky as many lambics. Very highly carbonated. Very fruity flavour, blueberry?

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle corked and capped. Aroma is tart, light body, well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is slightly tart, some wood, some bitterness, and dry finish. Doesn’t do it for me.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from a $65 bottle. Can’t believe I spent that much on a beer. It’s the principal of the thing. Fruity aroma, tart taste, really does taste like champagne. Worth at least $35.
