4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
bottle: pours a hazy red colour with a slight pink head. aroma of sweet raspberrries with some earthy sourness
the flavour seems to be quick sweet raspberry upfront and finishish with a slight sourness. this all seems to happen very fast. it leaves a wonderful raspberry fruit aftertaste. a most enjoyable lambic

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: APR 5, 2007 Currants and Chambord crowd the aroma, with some fannings of blackberry plants. A deep florid with a crisp rose fringe and not much head. Flavor runs with aroma, however edging more towards a tradition raspberry tart and some preseves. Aromatic and bold phenols climb in bed with a boquet of roses. Fuming and crisp, however a touch sugary and lacking for a totalitarian fruit lambic. Thanks for sharing Logan!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle... Murky, mahogany ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Acidic, mildly funky nose with heaps of wild raspberries. Sweet and tart, fruity flavor... more tart than sweet. Full-bodied with a 2%-milk mouthfeel and gentle carbonation. Tart, astringent and dry finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle Pours a hazy pinkish brown with a small off white head. Lots of earth yeast aroma and subtle raspberry tones. Flavor is the funky yeast, tart and dry fruit flavors thatI like in the style. Not big time Lambic character but it is there. Enough for me. Very tart, dry almost dusty finish. Tasty.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Reddish brown color with a smaller, fizzy white head. Smells of malt and fruits, some earthiness. Taste is more sweet malt and raspberry tartness. My first attempt at a lambic, I expected a more intense flavor. This one was easy to drink and had a nice blend of sweet and tart. Thanks to Jordan for sharing.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Pours a muddy maroon color with a bit of carbonation and light white head. The nose is autumnal with wood, dry leaves, past-ripe fruit (raspberries) and earthy malts. The flavor is musty with cobbwebb and bretty notes along with the vague fruitiness and somewhat present tart balance. The finish is quite tasty though. It does a darn good job most of the way through, but it’s just lacking the punch or total aural experience that I look for in fruit lambic. Nice to try though after a bunch of american style ales.

on tap @ Pizza Plant Walker. Reddish in Color with little to no head. Extremely tart unlike Lindemans. Not quite sure which I prefer but both are drinkable
