Had at Logan’s Oceanside beer tasting with AlohaC, and Hair, and Matt, and Ken, Jeff, Colleen, Bill, and others. Wow, great barnyard and raspberry aroma. Sweet excellent. One of my favorites of the night. I feel guily rating gems like this, because my rating is always way different than other’s ratings. Funky lambics rule!

Sep 4, 2008 375mL bottle, from Summer Secret Santa (Thanks!). Pours brownish red, with a thin white head. Aroma is mildly tart, with raspberry and other berries. Flavor is a bit sweeter that the aroma let on. Raspberries provide some acidity, and linger for a long finish. Not bad, but not incredibly impressive.

Aug 16, 2008 Bottle thanks to gueuze_is_god. Lovely pink/garnet pour with thin white head. Tart raspberry aroma with some lactic notes. Hints of raspberry seeds and a little must. Tingly on the palate. Tasty.

Aug 12, 2008 Bottle. Clear, dark pink pour. Sweet, soft aroma of raspberries similar to raspberry yogurt. Similar flavor with much more tartness as well as some earthy notes.

Aug 9, 2008 On tap @ Toronado, pours deep pink with a halo of a white head. The nose is completely raspberries, as is the flavor. A bit of a creamy mouthfeel.
