On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours hazy dark golden, with a tiny rocky head. Aroma is tart bretty fruity notes of white wine barrels, as well as currants and farmhouse notes. Medium body, with soft to no carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of berries, fruit peel and bretty wood, as well as farmhouse notes and earthy notes. Lingering fruity brett in the finish.

No head nice light golden color. Aroma is mild sour-ish, old rope, sorrel, sour socks, citrus, grass, minerals, unripe berries. Taste is mild sour-ish dry, sorrel, minerals, sour socks, citrus peel, bark, fruit stones, grass, hay, old rope. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

4oz draft at Churchkey’s Oud Beersel event. Described as aged 6 months in Chateauneuf-du-Pape barrels, confirmed by the brewer himself, Gert. Great guy, bu the way. Hazy copper with a small white head A: funky vinegar and yeast, hay, apricot. T: not as brite or funky, more mellow, with stone fruit, yeast and hay. Lite to moderate palate, dry finish. Very good.

(draught) very deep golden colour with almost no head. aroma of pears, lemon juice and green peas, with a touch of marzipan, some walnuts and garam masala. flavour is mostly peach juice and lemons, rather tannic, with some notes of cactus juice, coconut milk, pears and a slightly tart finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

Fra fat på M2 Cardinal, skuddårsaften: abv er 5,7 iflg. opplysningene på fatet. Uklar gylden med kort skum. Mye og god aroma av stall, gjær, høy, blomster og sitronskall. Deilig og superfrisk surølsmak med lekker ettersmak preget av citron og rabarbra. Slank og meget lett å helle over drøvelen.

backlog rating, pretty sure i had this during zbf. hazed yellow golden pour with a white head. citrus, wet wood, fresh lemons, green apples, typical vinegar, wet hay, and some grapes. refreshment
