Nov 6, 2009 Deep golden color with a bit of orange, relatively lots of bubbles. Aroma: Tart, lemon, funk. Not as dry as some, and rather low lacticity. Very sour flavor, with fruity sweetness underlying and just a touch of caramel. A bit creamy and dusty. Nicely balanced and very drinkable. Quite a bit of bitter dryness in the finish. Rather well carbonated. Very nice, while not as interesting as some, but excellently done.

Nov 4, 2009 Bottle. Pours a lovely golden straw colour. Strong white, though not very dense head. Disappears reasonably quickly leaving some lacing. Aromas are slightly restrained though show plenty of sour apple and a little wet earth funk. Taste is very dry with some spice and not overly sour. Extremely effervescent with great mouthfeel. Nice beer

Oct 19, 2009 37,5cl bottle at Kupittaa park, Turku. Murky orange, big n’ fizzy white head leaving loose dishwashing lace. Old rotten appley nose, some mold & cellar, little lovage spiciness, nice funky sourness, not too assertive. Flavor is puckering old apples, mucho mold and cellar, acidic rhubarb, sugary sweetness in the finish. Foamy mouthfilling carbonation, but still a bit hollow palate. That sugary edge bothers me slightly.

Oct 17, 2009 A very nice head stands out on this golden liquid. Scent is some funk over a sour apple characteristic. Taste is dry funk, not much sour, but a nice barnyard ditty no less. Mouth is thin, bubbly, and the aforementioned dry. Overall a winner.

Oct 6, 2009 From bottle, golden brown with a white head, aroma of wet soil, fresh grass and peach notes, flavor is tart with lemon, green tea, wet mouyhfeel and bitter taste towards the end. Medium bodied. Good gueuze.

Oct 4, 2009 Bottle. Dark golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is dry, sour, earth, apple. Flavour is dry, sour, earth, yeast, apple, fruit, spices. Very nice beer.

Oct 3, 2009 Bottle rather fresh i might add. Pours a hazy golden orange body with an off white head. Effervescent sour citrus and funky cheese. Drying woody grapefruit and a tart mildly acidic finish. Great!
