Smell is of yeast, tart, fruity, and funkyness. Maybe a little young yet. Taste is sour, dry, almost spiced? Maybe its the wood coming though. Pretty good. BossHossBikes (108), Tennessee, USA Jul 5, 2008 Bottle. Pours a translucent pale yellow with a lasting white head. The aroma is slightly skunky with some strong sour notes. It’s also quite yeasty in the aroma. The flavour isn’t as tart as I was hoping, though. The sourness is somewhat like a lemon or apple, but with yeasty qualities surrounding it. Some nice cheese notes especially in the finish. Dry sourness bursts a little in the finish as well as a light bitterness. This is pretty good.
