Poured into a goblet. Pours a clear straw, with a big fluffy white head that fades down to about an eighth of an inch. The aroma is sour apples, a touch of lemon, and a back end of dust. Nice sour flavor, with apples and lemons being the most noticeable. Moderately long finish, very crisp mouthfeel. Definitely something I want to pick up some more of, and see how it ages.

Oct 12, 2008 (Bottle from Systembolaget) Nice orange-ish color with a lot of foam. Aroma is sour and a hint of citrus. Flavor is also sour with a smooth hint of apple in the background.

Oct 11, 2008 Bottle. Hazy yellow color with a thin big head. Smells like puke,piss and some citrus. Taste is minisour with lots of citrus. Not as sour as I wanted.

Oct 10, 2008 375 ml bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden/yellow color with a white head. Smells a bit of grass, citrus and stable. The flavour is sour with notes of gooseberries and grape. Very dry in the mouth, pretty nice mouthfeel actually. Not as sour as the other gueuze I had before (Cantillon) but still decent.

Sep 28, 2008 750 ml bottle @ Kallion Poirotti, Helsinki. Cloudy golden color, expansive white head. Slighty sour aroma of black currant leaves. Tangy sour flavor, with notes of lemon peel. High carbonation. Pretty good gueze.

Sep 22, 2008 Yellow with a high fragmented head. Surprisingly malty aroma, breadlike with notes of grass, sugar, grapes and yeast. The sourness is only secondary. The flavours begin sweet at the tip of the tongue but quickly expand into sourness, wood and acidity. Dry and delicious! Goint deeper into the beer I experience a variety of fruit flavours, ranging from green unripe apple to lemon. (A, s.1, e. 1)
