Acidic and cherries in the aroma.Sour flavour, lacks carboniation and body, maybe because it’s a bit old. Expired in 2007 but still a nice beer. The aroma is nice, though not extremely powerful, with a good yeastiness, light maltiness and notes of cherry and wood. The flavour is moderately sweet, moderately to heavily acidic, lightly bitter. Quite fruity and funky. Medium body, lively carbonation. quite long finish with light to medium bitterness. Fruity and balanced, a good fruit lambic Jayb0 (752), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 23, 2009 Impressive starting head, dies to thin layer of foam. Leaves no lace. The color is orange-red and properly cloudy
Cherry sweet and lambic sour. The sweet wins this one, coming across like a pie. A lot like hard candy.
Remarkably tart. Where’s the sweetness? Reminds me of unripe raspberries. There’s a complete absence of sweetness. It also is missing the yeast bite that I’ve come to expect. Great body with an elevated amount of carbonation. This might be a good match to cheese or a sweet dessert.
