375----> tulip. Pours a dark ruby with an fizzy pink head and no lace. Smells of light sour cherry and some funk. Taste is a full on sour cherry assault with some raspberry mixed in. Very dry and bubbly on the tongue. Pretty damned good for a style that isn’t very impressive to begin with.

Pours ruby red color with a small pink head. Aroma of berries, some juicy fruits, sugary notes, yeast and grass. Flavor of berries, fruits, yeast and some goose berries. Very nice.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy ruby with medium frothy pink head. The aroma is a sour fruit and cherry. Thin mouthfeel with a strong tart and light sourness. Easy to drink, really enjoyed this fruit lambic.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2013 Dark red - beauty. Cheery tart aroma. Taste is sour and slight sweetness. Nice carbonation. Felt like it could have had more cherry flavour though. Nice subtle finish. Overall, despite loving the vibe and style, not complex enough for my liking.

Poured from bottle a deep red with a big bubble gum colored head. Aroma of cherrys, funk, and acetic. Tastes of tart cherry up front with the funkiness and bitter/dry coming out at the end. Palate is tart with tingly feeling that lasts for a minute.

Aroma of funky sour cherries. Very funky with sort of cheesy horse blanket sharp smell running throughout. Dark Purple red with pink head that is very pillowy. Lemon in aroma too. Taste is sour cherries with lemon. Thin mouThfeel? Notch below the greats but pretty good.

Dark red, almost purplish. Pink fizzy head. Nose is tart and sweet cherries, mild cheese, metal, some funk. Taste is sweet cherries with a tart finish, yogurt, some metal, very little funk. Smooth and spritzy. Dry tart finish. Some bitterness and rough graininess on the back end. Right up there with the big boys and uniquely subtle and restrained. Great for those who aren’t big on really tart fruit lambics.

Bank-account-breaking 12.7 oz. export bottle - Just won the lottery, so I thought I would try this out. It’s a fun journey, but when it’s all said and done the flavors don’t meld well for me--quite pointed and rough. Mostly sour and dry. Looks like I’m going against the grain on this one.

Poured from a bottle. Pours a nice red with good clarity and a pink head of foam. Decent retention. Aroma is tart cherries with a subtle sweetness playing in the background. Taste is fairly tart and fruity. Sourness isn’t overkill though. Dry finish. A nice kriek.
