Red body, pinkish head. Aroma has berries, rrally huge amount of leather wallet - straight from back pocket. Sorbus, carrot? and some sweetness is flavour. The funkyness is not too tight. Pretty nice balance. Really nice one. Softens with yeast.

750ml bottle from Discount Liquor Milwaukee, split with my bride. Pours a deep, hazy, ruby red color with a pinkish head that fade relatively quickly. Aroma is cherry, some oak, some barnyard funk. Medium on the palate with lively carbonation. Flavor is sour, cherry, oak, funk, a little sweet cherry, with a light tart finish. Not as interesting as some other Kriek Lambics, but very nice.

Bottle at home. Pours a cloudy and deep red colour with a nice big and frothy pink head. Pleasant and balanced aroma of acidic fruit, forest floor, oak, horse and cherries. Sour flavour where the cherries is more pronounced. Slick and rich mouth feel, and has a medium tart and berry bitterness. A well-balanced kriek with a lovely touch of cherries.

Nose is burnt cherry dipped straw, musty, tarte cherry, light smoke, dank wood, dark berry fruits. Bottle from the Hopduvel in Ghent. Appearance is very impressive, with a deep cherry-reddish color, and a beautiful big, long staying red, pink head. Very fruity aroma, of ripe cherries, the cherries really stand out. Tastes of sweet cherries, very intense, goes along with a decent bitterness, which is for a very long time not as present as the cherries themselves. The supporting tartness brings out the cherries realy good. In the end, bitterness gets stronger and takes over. Overall when you drink this beer, you feel like chewing on ripe cherries, which grow younger and more sour the longer they linger on my tongue. Fruits are present nearly to the very end. As the beer warms up, it reminds me of summer, because of its somehow warm smell. Carbonation grows more present in the end, revealing the bitterness of this beer.
