Jan 30, 2007 Ruby red with a Strawberry Quik head. Big nose of cherry sourball, vinegar, dirty sock, oak and red cabbage. And for those thinking all those things aren’t good: think again. Very appetizing lambic, though too metallic.

Aroma is very sour, and vinegary with cherries in the background. nice frothly white/redish head. flavour is very very tart, and sour. i love it! nice sour finish. great stuff

Jan 23, 2007 Clear red, bloody, redwine like with an amazing totally pink head. Cherry, strawberry, spice and a bit vegetable. Fresh and slight bitter and with a long finish.

Jan 20, 2007 Ruby red in color with a medium to large pink head. Aroma is tart cherries, funk, maybe oak. Taste is alot of tart cherries and barnyard, quite sour, acetic acid like finish.

Jan 19, 2007 Bottle, 375 ml. Nice red colour with a small pink head. Aroma of sour fruits, but I can’t say that I detected any cherry smell. Sharp but balanced acidic flavour, a very good lambic!

Jan 6, 2007 The nickname for this beer at my bar is "Cherry Battery Acid" - I’ve had nothing quite so tart. Still, amazing.
