350 ml bottle. Ruby red in color with a pink head. Very carbonated. Sour aroma. Fruity. Sour flavor with some sweetness. Mild sweetness. Not that dry. Decent. Drinkable.

350 ml bottle. Clear red, pink head. Well carbonated. Soured cherry aroma. Flavor is pleasantly sour, with mild sweetness, and slight cherry. Slight funky cheese. Not too dry. I did not pick up any one thing that stands out, but I think it could use a touch more of something (?)

12.7oz bottle. Served @ 47° in my duvel tulip. Pours red with a large pink head. There is a small amount of sediment that found it’s way to the bottom of the glass. The aroma is earthy with some tart fruitiness. The flavor is tart, light fruitiness, some light barnyard notes. Fairly sour. I wish the fruit came through a little more. Finish is increadibly dry and sour.

Deep pink body with an off-white head, this is sours cherries from start to finish... along with an alcohol presence. If it didn’t remind me of the climbable tree in my yard as a kid, I probably wouldn’t have rated it so high. There’s way too much sediment and the flavor is too unremitantly sour, drowning out the flavor of the cherries. Very dry finish. This bottle may have been off. I’ll try this again another time.

Absolutely amazing experience. Slightly hazy red/pinkish in color with a large off-white head with tiny/tight bubbles. Aroma is acidic, musty, tart, cherries, oak.mouthfeel is very prickly with high levels of carbonation. Astringent/mouth puckering finish.
