Crazy sour vinegar nose, smells like a stale musty barnyard with a hint of sour cherries. Pours a deep burgundy/brick red hue and makes a fizzy pink head. Flavor is vinegary, hint of sour cherries, tastes very much like a sour red wine... very tart and astringent, hint of cranberry. Light on the palate, coats the mouth very thin and finishes quite dry. Nice quality lambic, moderately complex, enjoyed this one.

Bottle, 2003 vintage. Almost clear, ruby liquid with small white head. Aroma of almonds, lemon peel, light cork, dried fruit, light oxidation and light cherries. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of light cherries, almonds and dried fruit. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Maybe a bit old but still very good.

375ml bottle from Belgian e-shop. Should write vintage. Beautiful dark orange-red color, opaque, pink head amazingly lasting and lacing! Amazing! Aroma of cherries, lactic acid tartness, some light funkiness, so balanced and intense, some berries too. Flavor is much smoother, not much sourness. Very dry and the cherries are the main player in this brew. Some sweet notes in the finish and nice creamy mouthfeel. One of the best examples out there.

375ml bottle. An absolutely beautiful burnt orange colour to this, leaving just a thin but a very long lasting pinkish head. Good lacing down the sides of the glass. The aroma is something that you could smell for quite sometime, nice and tart with just a bit of sourness and tons of cherries. There is so much tartness in the flavour, quite puckering really. I love the cherries in this, sweet at times but also a bit creamy and sour as well. I really like these kind of lambics, there is so much flavour in this. Very well done.
