redlight (1042), Winter Park, Florida, USA Apr 26, 2008 Cherries and funky aromas, vinegar, tart fruits in the nose smells delightful! Pours reddish with a thin pink head. Very tart, sour, a lot of horseblanket, great cherry flavor in there too! There are hints of raspberry and cranberry in there too. Very good lambic!

Unlabeled bottle. Copper coloured in the glass. Extrem sourish start, prickly and scratchy, modest fruity, prickling sourish finish, "burning" aftertaste. Very good beer! mabel (1574), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 11, 2008 [1502-20080617] 375mL bottle. Wooden barrelly sour aroma has some cherry fruit notes. Hazy, bright red body with a medium-lasting creamy light pink head and some serious floaties. Wooden sour barrel cherry flavour. Medium body is sour and tart. Very nice.
(w/ jerc) CanIHave4Beers (171), Des Moines, Iowa, USA Aug 11, 2008 Absolutley delicious, bursting with sour cherry aroma and flavor, a good funkyness and a beautiful delicate palate. This could be slightly drier, but then again it’s full of cherries. I’d love to try it after about five years in the cellar. djtimeless (38), Alabama, USA Aug 10, 2008 Pours out red with pink head. Smells of cherries. Taste is sour cherry with some funk. Very tart and dry finish. Nice spritzy fruity beer.
