Pours dark red with a pink head and a faint cherry aroma. At first I didnít like the taste but it grew on me as I drank it. I have had other beers in this style where the added cherries were to sweet, not the case here. You almost have to really look for it, but itís there.Overall it was refreshing and tart. itís worth a try it you like this style.

Ale Alpharetta bottle share. Pours hazy, barely translucent cherrywood with a thick, pink-buff head. Aroma delivers a firm note of sour cherry and apple. Flavor is quite sour, if not make-your-face-do-calisthenics sour, featuring notes of apple and cherry with a malty underpinning. Mouthfeel offers firm body and lively, sassy fizz. Enjoy!

Bottle, 37.5cl. A kriek on the balsamico side. Some cherries but not overly strong, sour and tart, viscous. Some sweet vinegar. Quite balanced. Well drinkable.

Bottle from Appellation Wines, Dalry Rd. Appearance - a beautiful light cherry colour, with a nice fluffy pink head. Beautiful. Nose - wood and general toastiness, sharp cherry, light tannins. Taste - more wood up front, the finish is sour cherry finish. Palate - close to medium bodied with a really tight and lightly tannic middle section which continues through to a very long and lean finish. Overall - this will develop in the bottle like a fine Red Burgundy. Itís delicious!
